Exhibition in International Conference of UNESCO Global Geoparks in Merrakesh

at the conference on 7th-11th September, Indonesia with 10 UNESCO Global Geoparks participated in an exhibition showcasing the potential of geological heritage, cultural heritage, biological heritage, and also their Geoproduct.

The aim of this initiative is to promote and transmit traditional knowledge, uphold local products, develop respectful outdoor activities through geotourism, and empower local communities and ethnic groups. The UNESCO Global Geoparks International Conference is the most important meeting of geoparks to share their experiences and knowledge. The conference in is a meeting room where all geopark members around the world, scientists, geologists, professors, Ph.d. Randidat, students, companies, Rhusus, and everyone interested in nature and material and immaterial heritage will gather.
